There are multiple smoke alarms in the property. In the event of a fire you should leave by the nearest available exit. If you are upstairs this will be via the front door. As the only available exit from upstairs is via the front door you are advised to keep the door from the lounge to the hallway closed at night. Once you are safely outside and clear of the property please call the fire service on 999. Also advise us by calling 07841 697066.
Fire Extinguisher
If the fire is small and you feel comfortable putting it out there is a small multi-purpose extinguisher in the kitchen under the sink and another in the master bedroom wardrobe. Otherwise leave the property by the nearest available exit and call the fire service on 999. Also advise us by calling 07841 697066.
If the carbon monoxide alarm in the lounge sounds or you smell gas, immediately open all windows and doors then call the national Gas Emergency Services free on 0800 111 999. Once you have done this inform us on 07841 697066.
Should you suffer a minor injury there is a first aid kit in the kitchen. If you suspect your injury maybe more serious then phone the NHS service on 111 or go to accident and emergency.
